At VYQRA, we want every order to arrive in excellent condition. Please review the information below regarding shipping, delivery, refunds, replacements, and product-related claims.

By placing an order through www.vyqra.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping & Refund Policy.

1. Shipping Availability

VYQRA currently ships within the contiguous United States only.

At this time, we do not offer:

  • international shipping
  • shipping to Alaska or Hawaii
  • shipping to U.S. territories
  • forwarding or freight forwarding services

We reserve the right to modify shipping regions or restrictions at any time.

2. Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on business days are generally processed the same day.

Orders placed:

  • after 2:00 PM Eastern Time
  • on weekends
  • on holidays
  • during observed carrier closures

are generally processed on the next business day.

Processing timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

During periods of increased order volume, promotions, holidays, severe weather, or carrier disruptions, processing and delivery timelines may be extended.

3. Shipping Carriers & Fulfillment

VYQRA utilizes third-party fulfillment and shipping providers, including but not limited to:

  • ShipBob
  • UPS
  • USPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

Carrier selection may vary depending on:

  • shipping destination
  • package size
  • inventory location
  • service availability
  • operational considerations

Shipping timelines displayed at checkout are estimated by carriers and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

VYQRA is not responsible for:

  • delays
  • failed deliveries
  • lost shipments
  • misdelivered packages
  • returned shipments

resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you believe your shipping information was entered incorrectly, please contact support@vyqra.com as soon as possible. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist, we cannot guarantee modifications can be made once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

5. Delivery Confirmation & Risk Transfer

Carrier delivery confirmation shall be deemed sufficient proof of delivery.

Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

VYQRA is not responsible for:

  • lost packages after confirmed delivery
  • stolen packages after confirmed delivery
  • unattended deliveries
  • carrier access issues
  • delays caused by weather, carrier operations, or events outside our reasonable control

Claims involving lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery may require a carrier investigation or claim and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Product Storage & Handling After Delivery

VYQRA products should be stored and handled appropriately after delivery.

We are not responsible for product issues resulting from:

  • improper storage
  • prolonged outdoor exposure
  • excessive heat exposure
  • freezing conditions
  • delayed retrieval after delivery
  • mishandling after receipt

Customers are encouraged to retrieve delivered packages promptly.

7. Natural Product Variation

VYQRA products are made using natural ingredients, including King Coconut water and fruit ingredients.

Natural variation in:

  • taste
  • sweetness
  • aroma
  • color
  • appearance
  • clarity

may occur between batches due to factors such as:

  • harvest conditions
  • seasonality
  • ingredient variation
  • sourcing differences

These natural differences do not necessarily indicate a product defect.

Please refer to the best-by date printed on the product or packaging.

8. Packaging Variation

Packaging shown on the website or in marketing materials may vary slightly from the final delivered product.

Packaging shown for illustration purposes only. Final packaging may vary slightly.

9. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are generally final.

We do not accept:

  • returns
  • exchanges
  • return-to-sender requests for consumable products

except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by VYQRA.

EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LOCAL LAW, ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

10. Damaged, Incorrect, Missing, or Product-Condition Issues

If your order arrives:

  • damaged
  • leaking
  • incorrect
  • incomplete
  • affected by a product-condition issue

please contact support@vyqra.com within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

Product Condition & Consumption Advisory

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, unusually pressurized, or otherwise appears compromised, please do not consume the product and contact our support team immediately. For your safety and to allow for proper claim verification, affected products must remain unconsumed in their original packaging with original shipping labels intact.

To review a claim, we may require:

  • order number
  • photographs of the product
  • photographs of the packaging
  • shipping label images
  • best-by or batch details where available

We reserve the right to:

  • request additional information
  • deny unsupported claims
  • request return of affected products
  • determine claim eligibility at our sole discretion

11. Approved Resolutions

If a claim is approved, VYQRA may provide one of the following remedies at our sole discretion:

  • replacement product
  • store credit
  • refund

Refunds, if approved, are generally processed within approximately seven (7) business days following claim approval.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by VYQRA.

12. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds, replacements, or credits for:

  • taste preference
  • change of mind, including forgotten or uncancelled subscription renewals after an order has entered processing
  • orders reported outside the claim window
  • products handled improperly after delivery
  • issues resulting from improper storage
  • delayed retrieval after delivery
  • orders marked delivered without sufficient supporting documentation
  • minor natural variation in taste, color, aroma, or appearance
  • carrier delays outside our reasonable control

13. Unauthorized Resale

Products purchased through unauthorized resellers, third-party marketplaces, or unauthorized distributors may not qualify for:

  • refunds
  • replacements
  • customer support
  • quality review

VYQRA disclaims responsibility for products obtained through unauthorized sales channels.

14. Promotional Orders & Limited Releases

Certain:

  • promotional products
  • giveaways
  • discounted items
  • limited releases
  • subscription offers

may be subject to additional limitations or restrictions.

VYQRA reserves the right to:

  • modify promotions
  • suspend promotions
  • terminate promotions
  • discontinue offers

at any time without notice.
